RETURNS

Your Gymmies can be returned within 30 days of your delivery date should you change your mind for any reason we will happily exchange or offer a store credit for your purchase.

Simply send your order number and email address, which you can find in your order confirmation email, we will sort out the rest.

We kindly ask for the items to be:

  • Returned within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in original condition as purchased
  • All original labels are attached
  • Shoes must clean and unworn

Please also ensure the shoe box is wrapped neatly and returned in original condition, with no tape or return label attached to the box.

All hats being returned need to be in original condition, unwashed and unworn (please place hat inside a box to avoid damage). For health & hygiene reasons, products such as socks are not able to be returned.

HOW TO RETURN:

Contact us at info@gymmies.com.au,  quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return and we will process the return and provide you a return number and returns label.

Note: Do not return an order without a return number, as it makes it difficult to link to you.

 

WARRANTY

How long is your warranty period?

Gymmies offers a six month manufacturer’s warranty

What is covered by the warranty? 

Any errors caused by the manufacturing of the products such as defects will be covered by warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Our six month warranty does not include any damage caused to the products through everyday use. Shoes are subject to wear and tear, it is important to take care of them.

How do I make a warranty claim if I believe there is an issue with my sneakers?

If you believe there is an issue with your products, please contact us at info@gymmies.com.au stating your name, order number and a detailed description.
